here is my truth: i am not very happy with my job now. I lost myself again since last year I graduated from my univercity. I want to make a clear programme for my career development but I cann't tell what I really want to do or to be. I am confused about how to develop myself on my career. and I am not very dissatisfied with the salary that I get now. I think I need a chance but the chance seems not to need me...what should I do? how to develop a good career? by the way I like to communicate with others but it seems that my work don't need this now .

You are very young and would have to find your balance first. Initially you have got into a job and the salary seems to be good.Contentment in career will not work out in the long run if it leads to stagnation. Try and develop special skill in some area of work [in your current job]where you have the aptitude.Devlop good interpersonal skills by mingling with people whether your work presently needs it or not but try and keep your mind serence and calm. If you are planning a switch go to a bigger and better oganization and do not go to a smaller one even if soemone offers you more power and better remuneration. GIve it some more time and you will find out your vocation in life.Is your job suited to your qualification? THis is most important. Sit and think whetehrt your talent is put to full use here. Do not be quickly bored in life because our mind determines our level of boredom and interest.

Thank you. I suppose all teachers , in whatever corner of the world they are, think alike.

I have been where you are. What helped me is I made a list of all the stuff I liked to do and was interested in. Once the list was made, I then went over it again and added numbers starting with # 1 to however many were on my list. I would rate it as one being my favorite or most wanted thing to do. and then my second and so on. Once you do these two steps then go over it a third time and ask yourself some questions, like how much money would it cost for me to start up, how much time and effort is needed how will this effect the rest of my life. Once you are able to take things in little steps, you will find your way

I would suggest going with the career that makes you happy and contented. There will be lesser stress when you follow what makes you happy and there may be lesser chance of you failing.

Try to shift to a new field where your strength would be of great value? If you are currently derailed and just plain unhappy, just think things over. NO WORK will give you absolute HAPPINESS. There are down days you know. I guess everybody who's an employee would somehow one day would feel that he is no longer happy with his work especially when things aren't going on as planned or when bumps are experienced along the way. Sometimes though it is just in passing. The following day or week, after all creases are ironed out, you are all good again. Weigh things over and think if it is just in passing or the unhappiness is permanent. If it is something permanent, fixed your resume, apply for another work and once you get employed, leave the other one.
