Is the site called AlertPay a scam?

Some people are already using AlertPay by shopping online. But, I don't want to get scammed. I want to use AlertPay by shopping online. Is it really a scam or is it really 100% legit? Im confused because some people say its a scam and some people ALSO say it as legit. Pls help me.

it's legit and one of the good payment processor they also using in online shop but some of them also using it in HYIP or other making money program

Have not seen any evidence yet that it is a scam. I think it is fine. Haven't heard about it being scam. take care.

PayPal and AlertPay so far haven't shown any signs of strange activities. I use them both and I have no problems so far.

Alertpay is a online payment processors, which deals with money transactions and are similar to bank.they charge for the transactions which was carried and I use it for getting payouts from my online earning site and then request for cashout to my local bank and they are not scam
