How can regular tea drinking help you health

I was told a couple of times that tea can help your body in many ways. Do you guys have any idea?

Yes, it helps to cleanse our body of toxics. However not all kind of tea are healthy or good for our body. It depends on how we drink it too. Black teas as well as green teas are the best among them all because it's natural with no artificial sweeteners. Teas have some kind of anti-oxidants within them, which makes it good. I do know about the basics only, if u want to know more, u can do a search on them.

Some friends told me that green tea is good to our health.I'm trying it now.usually i have it in afternoon to avoide too exsited to sleep.

I am also trying a cup or two every day and see what difference it will make. Majority said it is very beneficial so I will try to make it a regular habit.

It has been studied that tea contains antioxidants. And antioxidants are known to fight cancer that's why people say its good for the health. But be reminded that tea also has caffeine and that's addictive. Also, be careful about that fact.

I like to have green tea and make the tea once or twice a day.I cann't imagine what my life is like without the tea.Sometimes I have a little of black tea if I catch cold.The tea contains purine alkaloids,caffeine,tea saponin,vitamin C,etc.It has effects on diuresis,exciting nerves,enhancing the capillary resistance,antibacterial and so on.

Tea is great for our body and health. For example, like Citronella tea is good to decrease cholesterol and to soothe and calm body. Green teais said to help reduce weight and fasten the metabolism.

which is the best tasting tea for u? i think that chrysanthemum tea is the best 4 colds. i also like drinking sleepy time tea, i just don't know the infusion of the tea, but i typically drink it...

There are different types of tea that can be very good for you. Chamomile for instance is very soothing, and tea brewed from leaves of the herb feverfew, can cure headaches (but it tastes really awful!!!). I've heard green tea is good for digestion. I think in general, tea calms you down.

It's your taking in a lot of fluids that your body needs. It washes away toxins in your body. It's one of the major benefits of drinking beverages like tea.

Yes, i have. It can help you by giving more anti oxidants, it also helps with the digestion and it has tons of minerals and good vitamins. if you have difficulty sleeping, have it in the mornings so that you won't have insomnia
