I watched it twice over this past weekend and I still cannot make out which truth is real. Can you? Who was he? Scares me to think they could alter the truth with an elaborate plan to convince you that you are crazy.

Watching this movie is just like doing my math homework ,can't figure out a right way around it. Maybe we can get it either way ,he is the nut or he is the 67th victim ,if a movie can really do that ,it's gonna be undeniable legend. But no one actually dared .

agreed. That was a great quote from the movie and how true it really is. Thanks.

If you watch it again you need to concentrate on the details. There was a scene where some cops are looking for the women because Leonardo(I can't remember his name) said them to do it. If you watch closely you can see that nobody is doing anything all cops just stand around and thats it. It's just one example there are some more. So you can see that Leonardo really was the "freak".

True. But he killed her for what he did. In todays world with a good lawyer he would not be put away. It would be temporary insanity or self defense.

I've seen this film twice, too, and it took me some time to understand it. I think the truth is the ugly one - Leonardo's character killed his wife after she killed their kids, and then his mind went on vacation, creating an illusory life which for him is "reality". Sick minds do that.

I just don't want to believe that of him. Thanks for explaining it to me.
