When i was 25,i usually feel tired.the moment i got up in the morning ,with a acid of lumbar acerbity backache, shoulder and a headache.Oh,it's so bad ,right?Because not enough sleep?Lack of movement?
Yes,all of above are the reason i feel not good.
I often bend over my desks working and lack for movement of my limbs. What is worse, i become down with illnesses more easily .All those aching backs may be trying to tell us a true that,it's part of the price we pay for walking on two legs.
Doubtlessly ,it is necessary to change our lifestyle. We should change the habit that we stay in the office all the day ,to participate in outdoor exercises and the tour.A balanced diet combined wiht exercise is the recipe for a healthy life.

So true.
It seems some of us will have to put more effort into staying physically healthy.
There seems to be so many factors to consider. For instance do we have in-borne detrimental conditions ? (such as body parameters leading to marginal illness: e.g. a person may be borne with type I diabetes leading to a difficult balance between diet and physical exertion)
Perhaps the key is, in whatever condition, that we,as you suggested, do the most we can with good exercise, diet and positive outlook in life.
What do you think ?
