Yes, hunger can make one eat too much. The trick is to eat on time. The hungercna be controlled. Also I will recommend "triphala Churna". It is a ayurvedic medicine with no side affects.

It is udnerstandable. "This whole "eat only when you're hungry" bit is for the birds.I am never hungry. I get a headache from not eating before any sign of hunger appears. Sure, if I hadn't eaten when I wasn't hungry, I wouldn't have gained 80lb.

No, in fact, I don't eat enough. By smoking, drinking coffee, and sugar drinks, it leaves me feeling like I'm not hungry. I'm hoping to change some of my habits, especially the smoking.

I've been sick with hypoglycemia and Fibromyalgia for 20 years now, so it's a little too late. When a person gets this, your metabolism gets affected. It's very difficult when you're so exhausted at times to get up and eat, but I try my best. I've been very fortunate to not become obese because I don't get much excercise.

Be very careful about that please. By not eating enough, your body will eat away at your muscles for energy. This slows your Metabolism, and therefore by not eating enough you'll actually GAIN weight, no matter how much exercise you do. Your Metabolism just won't be able to handle it. You will also get very sick by not eating enough. Thanks for your response.

I don't eat too much I think but it is a lot of the wrong things. I also need to move more. I have a sedentary job and it shows. I used to love to run. I need to make a change for sure. I think with everything on fast forward all the time, people eat what is convenient instead of what is good for you.

Thanks for the response. Yes, more movements will definitely help. Most of us are not aware of how much we really eat per day. Make a food diary for a week and take a look. Make small changes and add them up to get lifetime results

In the past mounth ive lost %kg. a few days ago my friend broke up w me and i stopped eating. i am trying to recover and eat normal again but i gess it was too much for my body and oday i eat every single junkfood there is (probably 3000 or more calories in total).will i gain weight again even if i eat normal from now on? will my body end up looking like a whale by the end of the week or will my body just dispose of the extra 1500 cal and make no changes.

Eating too mcuh is not good under any cirsumstances. Dont let depressing situations change you eating habits. Obeisity will be a depressing situation as well. So, avoid it with determined efforts in advance.

Thanks for responding. Eating right is more important then reating less. If you aare eating less and feel youa re full that may be a sign of serious side effect. SO, Please exercise caution. Thanks.

This may seem obvious, but unless you're tracking your calories each day, you may be eating more than you think. Thank you for your response.

Yes maintaining body with exercise is a good idea. However, it is wise to eat properly too. Otherwise exercises will be spent in simply buring the useless calories.
