Do you prefer multitasking rather than doing a single task?

In this fast paced world, we often do multitasking but if given a choice I prefer doing a single task first and then after finishing it I'd tackle a new one. By doing this, I'm fully concentrated on that certain task. What can you say about it?

Hi santos mari chris: Same happends to me. I prefer to do a single task at the time rather than doing various tasks at the same time because it's better to focus and concentrate on one thing at the time. You'll do better when you can give you the time to do this. ALVARO

I find that i gemoe accomplished in my life when i multitask. sometimes I take forever doing one single task. When i have more to do, I am more eager for the accomplishment.

My life is so hectic i have to multi-task. I do also love to sit back and relax or focus solely on one thing sometimes tho. LIfes to stressful.

i try to do it if i need to. but as much as possible i would rather do a single task so i can focus. i guess women are great with multitasking. if ever i multitask 3 things at a time i tend to forget something and it will be a disaster. so i try to make two things at a time.... (like eating and texting har har har joke) but i would do a single task so i can do it properly.

My mind is constantly wandering here and there. For this reason, I think that it is much better for me to multitask instead of sticking to just one task. For example, right now as I am typing this response, I am also listening to one of my favorite podcasts on the computer. Additionally, I'm playing a game on another website as well. For me, this works a lot better than just trying to stick to one thing at a time and I'm able to get more done.

i'm into doing many things at the same time, for a simple reason that i get bored a lot when i'm doing only one thing. My interest get low when i focus on doing only one thing. so i'm often doing a lot of things to make my interest always at the fullest and to avoid being boring on a certain matter, but i agree that when you focus on one thing you can do a lot more better than doing many things at the same time

I used to like to multitask. Now I concentrate on doing one thing at a time. The reason is I am much older and forget what I was doing, and I am disabled and it is harder to do two or more things at once. I am lucky I can remember the one thing I was doing, let alone more than one.
