Well as part of a daily regiment a required amount of water a day and some banana's and low protein foods avoid veggies that are very high in protein like beans and peas. always have proper excercise.

Why do you need to eat everyday? Don't you have anything else to eat? Bread, especially white bread will make your stomach volume ti increase its size. Put a loaf of bread in a cup filled with water and see what happens. Its like a sponge. Peanut butter is very high protein meal but also has fat. Its made from peanuts. which like all other nuts contain a very large amount of fats. If you do not want to be a six pack you can eat everyday peanut butter. You really do not need peanut butter to gain weight. now you have 50kg I assume. You need to do sports because the metabolism takes place faster when you make exercise and making exercise makes you hungry and you will eat anything. That anything will make you gain weight.

well hello there condlaur, of course it is not only the food i should eat if i am serious about gaining my weight up haha... well, for me i think, getting additional weight is a goal for me at the moment.. i am underweight for my height :( and i am sad about that, maybe because of my bad habits when i was on my teen age, that's why i'm having a desperate action just to gain weight... plus, my physician says i already have high metabolism so i burn fat that fast and will just sweat away all i have taken for my body.. well, thank you for the good response condlaur, may you have a nice day today :)

Now you are skinny in time you will gain fat. Trust me you would not want to gain weight, it will come naturally with the age. In the future you will struggle to get skinny again because you got to fat. Isn't that an irony?

Hi uchihaseymour, to my knowledge both peanut and butter help you in increasing your weight, so if you wanna improve your weight take them daily, if not have it occasionally or try to burn up your calories, have a great time.

i also propose eating more raw foods such as fruits, it will be very beneficial, and has lower calories than peanut butter with bread...u'll get used to it, it will be a challenge at 1st though...

yes i think so. because of the fat content of the peanut plus the sugar that comes with it. it can also cause a higher uric acid in yor body because of the peanuts that will lead to arthritis which is of course bad to your health. so better lessen your consumption of peanut butter. if you want to gain weight, there are other ways but in a good way.

if these are fried nuts, it can definitely add to the weight gain...just don't eat too much nuts. also, when you have oily skin, u will end up having more zits in ur face. peanut butter also will add since it has too much sweet in it, i think...

I think it really will. If you wanted to gain weight asap then eating peanut butter everyday is a good idea. Even if you are going to consult your doctor about it, he/she will not prescribe you to eat something as unhealthy as a peanut butter.

Peanut butter is a good source of iron, vitamins, and good fats but these work only if eaten in moderation. Our body can absorb only so many nutrients that it requires on a daily basis and everything that is in excess is stored as body fats. So even if you like peanut butter it is adviseable to eat only a small portion daily!

Peanut butter is a good source of fats, proteins and some vitamins. The fats in it are of the good variety but as we know abusing even the good fats can turn into disaster. If you eat the peanut butter in mderation, then it is good for you, but if your eating way over the desired amount every day then yes, it will all turn into fat beacuse our body can absorb only so much nutrients that it requires daily to burn into fuel. All excess gets converted into fat and is stored as extra flab on our body parts!

Yes. Peanut butter is RICH in protein and fats. It can speed up your weight, plus you also have the carbo thing with the bread. better lessen your diet, don't eat too much of that.

I have read an article about peanut butter diet and weight loss. Incorporating peanut butter into your diet allows you to feel satisfied and allows you to control your hunger. The key to peanut butter's weight loss potential is the high content of monosaturated fats which lowers your LDL "bad" cholesterol without lowering your HDL "good" cholesterol. While peanut butter is admittedly high in calories which gives you a feeling of fullness which means ingesting lesser calories for the whole day. It helps you curb your appetite and eventually a success in managing your weight. The diet allows women to eat 1,500 calories a day including 4 tablespoons of peanut butter while men can have 2,200 calories a day and 6 tablespoons of peanut butter. This requires 45 minutes of exercise and you are expected to lose 45 pounds a year.
