After you've had trouble in your life have you lost weight or have gained?

Empty fridge at night or not eat for days when you're depressed, or have a real problem that you do not know how to fix it?
People are different, and it behaves differently, some eat a lot, others not, how do you react when you're angry?
Mind you the food or simply fall in love with a fridge and not out of there?

When i'm in a big trouble,i were depressed,i don't want to eat anything for having a poor appetite,and then my weight lost.On the other hand, When i'm in bad moon, i like to go to shopping and get amounts of food or clothes,and then i felt relaxed

food.. my comfort food, when i am down, are pastries, cakes, chocolates.
when i get down or when i feel sad, i need to eat those to make me feel feel good but then yes i do gain weight but helps me bounce back and move on and fight life's agressors!

I ate a lot when I am depressed. I have increased my weight the last 10 years. Hopefully with determination, I can lose some weight to be healthier.

I think I loss weight. It was only a few times in my life that I got so stressed out and I didnt like to eat. There are some people though who like to eat when they are stressed out but as for me, I dont like eating not at all. I was so think during those times that I was stressed out.
