hi there everyone,
i would like to ask for your help because it has, i think, already been more than a week since my problem occurred. my laptop lags every time i do the video chat i thought it was only on Skype but then, even on Yahoo Messenger and Google video chat. it really makes me sad because it is the only way i can see my loved ones that are away from me.
i already did a lot of scan on my computer and found no virus because i was thinking it could also be the cause and slowing down my laptop.I also changed my antivirus and found no virus too. i also did a PC check up and turned out that everything in my computer passed and have no problems. it can't be because of the internet connection because i always have a good signal. Before, even if its just 2 yellow bars, i could still make a video chat for hours.
i really don't know what's wrong. my laptop is only a little over one year old.
oh and every time it lags, it's either it gives me the blue screen (i do the forced shut down to prevent further damage to my laptop as advised in the blue screen), or i can't move the mouse and everything just lags and keeps on beeping if i press a key. i have no choice but to do force shut down which is not very good for the computer.
i really don't know what to do. can you help me and give me some tips on what to do? oh and so you know, my video chats only last for like one minute and sometimes when they call me and i click answer, it lags right away. i think the right word is hang? because i can't move the mouse and always gives me that blue screen. thank you so much and i am sorry for the long discussion.

Oh no better have it checked by a certified computer programmer, there might be a specs for your laptop that needs to be upgraded or virus may have infected it.

hi, thank you for responding. i am trying to fix it now. it's okay if someone fixes it but what i don't wanna happen is if it's like opened and they do something inside. it's what they did to my sister's computer last time. maybe an upgrade or something like that may do. thank you

Sad to say, I think your laptop was been affected by virus. It cannot be easily fixed by anti-virus and you might be needing third party bootable CDs that can be used to repair and fix the problem. But in absence of that, you should ready your laptop for a reformat. Back-up your files since you can still access them(fortunately). Then find your laptop drivers. Then ready your Operating System CD. Do the reformatting. That's my suggestion, but if you can still find other option solution, then give it also a try. May your laptop get well soon. Happy myLotting! :)
