We all know what this new controversy that has happened yet again to Willie because of Willing Willie. I have read some what that tv5 will have it's guidelines update or change for some reason. unfortunately, there are some flaws that could have been avoided and it doesn't take the MTRCB or any media body to detain it's faults. First, The staff should have observed the talent's of the contestants. i think the problem in that show now is that every participant should either sing or dance or do talent thing before they can participate. Let the staff see it first before they can do allowed to do it on air. Second and what was important is; Willie shouldn't have encourage the child doing the macho dance which has taken the rival networks opportunity to shut it down (yet again).. So much for the rising competition of the network. * I do remember a remark from Joey Deleon when the Ultra Stampede happened in way back wowowee, he said "watch this show because we don't get people killed" * I wonder if he was sued for that..... Guess for now EAT Bulaga of Channel 7 (now) still has continued it's survival. what more if they revived "that's entertainment"

I don't even watch Willing Willie, since I think, Willie is taking advantage of the need of people to earn money. They would do anything for it. Willie gives money to people if they entertain him... so people really try hard to show their talents and other stuff.

He claims that his show helps the poor. And so shamelessly enumerates the millions that he has given to the poor and needy. But then there are other ways of helping the poor other than doing it on national TV. If he really wanted to help the poor, it should not be by way of dole outs and making them dependent upon his show for money. They should be taught how to work for money and not to just show some talent in exchange for cash. I salute the people who are content to remain unseen and unknown as they work to achieve their goal of helping the poor.

Hello Lady1993, Too bad though, I don't think the whole community needs to know if he's really helping as long as it is from the heart. Richard Gordon helped a lot of people too but never aired on television until he started saying it in one of his interviews. And a lot of celebrities have their own Foundation with out even the exposure from the public. Unfortunately, Willie doesn't understands that Filipinos can be outright sensitive and does fight back. Have a nice day.

Oops sorry, for the double comment, my internet was malfunctioning. Yes, like you I really admire the people who willingly help the poor without making it a really big deal and even showing every single "help" they offer the poor- unlike Willie and Villar. It would be nice if people would stop sucking up to Willie for money-saying he's so handsome and all.

willie is really a disaster, he should have been very careful since he should have realized that what he did with ABS CBN wasn't taken lightly by the network. I don't really like willie but I can't say that I disliked him either. I watched the link about the kid's macho dance on youtube and I really can't find anything to blame on willie. First, i'm sure willie don't know that the boy was going to do that dance, he could've possibly taught that boy to do it in so short a time. It was just blown out of proportion and let's face it, willie is really such an arrogant a hole and a lot of people hate him, maybe because he is already filthy rich. Now every on in ganging up on him like hungry piranhas smelling blood in the water. I'm sure ABS CBN has something to do with it and i smell revenge.

Hello Ybong, Maybe he should really just QUIT since Showbiz is indeed ugly perse. and the government is putting a lousy show again because media network is really on their tail . I stop watching much of Abias Cbn's shows and some of their news. sometimes International networks can be biased too like CNN.

I did watch the Jan Jan clip. The host was egging the boy for more, shouting You're my man! He was ecstatic, as if the gyrating a macho dance was natural for a child. And that was where abuse and molestation sipped in. The viewers know exactly what was implied by the dance. And the host egged him to do it more. That is child abuse.

@LK, we can't really take it against business establishments to protect their own interests and that of their sponsors. It also needs profit to pay for its anchors and we know that anchors are paid big time. @eileenleyva, I can't consider it as child abuse since willie didn't forced to boy to do the dance against his will, what the boy did is his talent. If willie enjoyed it and egged him to do more of it that is because what the boy did is something new and he did it so well. I've seen some talent shows in ABS CBN and TV5 of girls not even in their teens doing belly dancing and wearing skimpy clothing and no one has raised an issue about it. There could be child abuse in Janjan's case but for me there's no difference in what he did and all the other children that are on TV nowadays. Mutya looked even more pitiful delivering her lines in the water shivering against the cold with her so pale it almost look blue.

Just realized that there comes a time in Willie when he knows he is becoming popular that he loses to become humble and become egoistic about his being able to help others. I think that is the only thing he needs to change in his attitude since he has the charisma from the masses he helps. But he becomes arrogant and disrespectful when he knows he has help others.

Hello RSA101, I don't know why he can't keep his composure, most specially when ever he gets into these issues. But I know that networks will not repeat the same mistake they did. I think in this case, the network was at fault too showing this on the spot and willie getting along with it. Some people there were in disgust though some hide it in laughter. Have a nice day.

Tv5 would not have that kind of issue if... THEY DID NOT EMPLOY Willie. hahhaa i just so hate that person. arrogant.

Hello Jazel, I think it was unintentional to let that happened but I guess for the show, they thought it was funny. But we still live in mostly conservative people and they draw the line. Probably willie was trying to cohort the kid so that he wouldn't feel the embarrassment later on, too bad willie took the beating, which should have been avoided. Have a nice day.

And I was thinking Tv5 is climbing up so fast. I think it was a mistake on their part to hire him.

I can't believe how much Willie changed! Can you guys still remember when Wowowee was still starting? He already had air in his head, but not this much! I think he believes he is a big someone already. He has guts to badmouth someone on air, give out a speech against management, and insult his players, his own fans, and he thinks he can actually do all these as if he has rights. I sometimes get irritated with the network management for letting him, the people who still watch his shows and seem to enjoy seeing him make fun of others. I honestly dont think that he is MTRCB's fave item, there really are mistakes.

I think so too. Isn't he from a poor family too? How can he do those things. Someone who thinks too highly of himself is gonna suffer a great downfall.

I think he was just showing his true colors. He was something like that in MTB. Methinks he was just putting up a show when he was "acting" like a nice person in Wowowee. But, just the same, even if he was showing there that he was "kind", he was still mocking the poverty of people.

I'm not a fan neither am I a Willie hater but just wondering why can't he get the point. There's something wrong with the way his show is being run, his way of entertaining is always being criticized. Can't he just tame his hosting job? Anyway people do really like him. In fairness to Willie he is really kind specially when giving prizes, remember the "pera o bayong" segment before? I guess Willie has to learn and please don't blame it on political issues, you're way better than that Willie!

Hello Vanny, I think the fact that he went against an entire station was enough for the network to grind him down with some bad issues. When the network saw this, it was enough to grind him until he looses his ground in the ratings. Unfortunately, he can't defend himself with out people giving more negative feed back on him. He should just live a quiet life from now on since he's a billionare now.have a nice day.

willie is so desperate to beat people of bulaga. but . this people are well established already. he became a beast and people only like him because he always say that he gives money to them. try not being a host lets see if he still can give money to the people. he gives money that came from people who supports his show not from his pocket. but then again i just hope this issue ends already. his mouth is full of garbage.

Hello Seven, At one point, he did. I think he's rich enough to start his own foundation instead of just showing that useless hunk of chunk house and vehicles that he has. If he's really for the poor, he doesn't need to brag about it much. Am sure the last audience who were there actually felt irritated and bored for watching his ranting when he's supposed to be entertaining them to the end. Have a nice day.

Knight, I had my comment about Jan Jan up there. As to the hosts of Eat Bulaga, they also have an issue to clarify - the Pepsi Paloma thing... The hosts of this show might have learned their lessons on how to legally manage their act, but they are also vulgars in many ways... There are hosts who are decent and likable and funny. The one you mentioned and his buddies must fade away...

Hello Eileen, I think Eat Bulaga won't be the same with out Tito, Vic and Joey. Unfortunately, they are indeed getting old and aren't the same funny as before. But there are still some good laughs. Unfortunately, My mom still likes willie and watches his shows, and it irritates me to see her watch it but it's what she wanted though. It's not easy to joke but I guess some can just go too far. Have a nice day.
