Finding a recipe, a medicine or just a information, search the Internet?

Let's say you're in the kitchen, and you forget how many tablespoons of flour mixture to be put in the cake dough, you go faster on the internet and looking for house cake dough recipe find out how many tablespoons of flour do you need?
Or ..... if you forgot Damascus is the capital of Sirya or not ... you go faster your computer, click on the information on Google?
What I ask, how much you use net to manage the affairs day by day in your life??
You tend to call a friend or your mother or someone else important questions of this kind or you get used to you just click on the Internet to find out everything you want?
Internet is your best friend now? Prefer information taken from here, on the net, or seek information around you?

Its not always mean that the information provided in the Internet should be correct. So in few cases you should consult to your neighborhoods or whom you would like to ask about that topics. Internet makes our life very easier for many many cases but I dont think so that in my daily life I should apply Internet rather than our neighborhoods or the person present beside me...........

In past I had to borrow a book at the library or ask other people for advice if I needed to find information about something. Today the internet is always my first choice when I need some kind of information. It is so easy to find all kinds of information online. Of course we can't believe everything that we read and we have to be critical when we find new information, but it is still a big advantage that we are able to find all sorts of information within a few minutes. When the internet isn't working, I realize how much I actually use it to find information

internet is pretty much my only friend these days. some days the only people around me is my son some. and my dogs my company most days. id be lost without internet. its bad enough now since my disability and i moved here where theres a wall around from neighbors
yes, i do searches from my swagbucks search. that gets me points for amazon gift cards.

I can agree with you icesmile.. you can find or got almost every answer to your question from the internet. Just type and presto, you will have the answer. But of course not every time the internet gives accurate information. We need to be careful also about that. But if you know how really the internet work, it can make even a millionaire even in a short period of time.
