I feel totally depressed about myself , although i can get enough money per month but i easily waste out by shopping different kinds of products even if most of them are worthless to me , but the products really catch my attention before purchasing them ,i feel confused how to control my feelings while i have a strong passion to buy something which is useless to me ?

I understand that you are a person prone to addictions. I know that because I am one of those too. But I have learned to fight against myself and my impulses by diverting them to something else. Why don´t you set yourself a higher goal of buying (car, house, trip, you name it= and as soon as you get your pay, you take away from it part of your payment and place it in a saving accont of the kind you can´t take away without losing all interest.
By the way, if you don´t go windowshopping, you won´t shop a much. If you do go , leave your credit card at home and take only the amount of money you have decided to lose on a worthless buy. I do that when I go to a casino. But I will not go many times because I know myself. So I stay away from them except when on vacations.

Welcome to Mylot Mmlxy!
I do have a suggestion. Instead of being an impulsive buyer, why not divert your expenses to something like learning a new language or enrolling in yoga class? Or.. you might want to stay away from those tempting malls? I am a girl and i can really be an impulsive shopper too. And, shopping makes a girl feel good about herself. I dont know why?! Hahahah! Dont worry, you'll grow out of it. The mere fact that you are aware of this addiction is actually one step out of the habit.

Bring just enough money to get you where you are going, buy what you are supposed to buy and to feed you when you feel hungry. Do not bring extra cash and leave your card behind when you feel like going to the mall. Of course, they will get your attention, but if you don't have money to buy them, then you won't. I hope the passion to purchase these things will subside once you go home so there's no need for you to get the card and go back to the mall to do the purchase.
It's a matter of will power. Convince yourself that it is not worth buying those things and not the otherwise. It's good also, if you make a list of the reasons why you feel the thing you are suppose to buy. It might just help you in deciding whether to go or not go for it.
