I've been waiting for this movie to come to theaters in my city so when i went to the mall with my friends i suggested that we watch the movie. but then it seems that my friends heard from their other friends that the movie wasn't good so I ended watching the movie online on my itouch. i can't believe that many people disliked the movie when it was great! i mean i love Emily Browning! she's just pretty and there's just some thing mysterious about her look! And many great actresses were also present like Vanessa Hudgens, Jamie Chung, Carla Gugino and Jena Malone. The movie was full of adventure and action and drama... and the movie had this mystery thing going on which made it more exciting like the Black Swan. Just for the movie bums out there like me, this is a must-see movie. it's a movie for people who are just intelligent in order to comprehend the plot of the movie.

I have got to watch this movie. The girls are very hot and they act really well also.
The movie industry can never go wrong with fusing modern CGI and Action effects with numerous pretty girls. It is sad that your friends disliked it. Maybe most people don't like this kind of Genre. Some prefer those more realistic movies but for me this type of movies are the best. Thank you for posting this. It reminded me about the movie.
Do you have any other movies to recommend with similar genre?

I think there's just quite few movies that have the same special effects. All i can remember is 300 and Sin City. I dunno if you've seen Sin City but that movie was also good. I loved the plot and also the special effects used. I am actually looking forward to more films having this genre.. =)

I love the mild anime influences, I always love stuff with schoolgirls that kills people/monsters/robot... I know it sounds weird but yeah, a girl that kicks butt while wearing a Japanese schoolgirl outfit is awesome. I am so going to watch it. Its directed by the same director who created 300. I'm already stoke to watch it and see some carnage.
