If you are a horror lover than tell what you think :) Is the old stuff that is full of blood and brains better than the new horrors where only the sound is playing the lead role? Pure horror vs visual effects :)

I prefer psychological horror, where the actual horror images are left to the imagination these are a lot more frightening than all the blood (tomato ketchup) and gore

It sounds more like a thriller :) my idea is to get scared watching a beautifull blond getting cut in pieces :) any good horrors you watched lately?

What can I say :) Different people... different tastes :) Suggest a movie tha combines both blood and psychology

Most probably ne of the best psychological horrors, that if today was re-made the could up the blood and gore, that was down played in the original would be 'The Birds.' It is the thought that those flying creatures above our heads could at anytime decide to swoop and attack. A couple of other great psycho movies are: 'Silence of the Lambs' and 'Seven.'

How true :) there is something in old horrors that keeps you watching till the end. Most new ones keep me till the middle of the movie and make me wanna watch the next one :) to tell the truth there is a small number I watch with interest until the end :)

The new ones are better, it's more realistic. Japanese and Korean horror movies are way better that american horror films as well. Such films are 'the grudge', 'the ring' and 'a tale of two sisters'. It's well made and thought out well.
