Facebook is for people who actually have a social life!

Is it just me, or are you also tried of people trying to down play/talk bad about facebook? I've seen so many topics saying "facebook is a waste of time" In my opinion, you will actually need a social life to actually get to enjoy facebook. Facebook has a lot of benefits, i've read stories in which facebook saved somebody for going to jail. I've read stories about how people found their long lost family members through facebook. So it does have its advantages, but there is also disadvantages as well. I'm not overlooking this. I use facebook to keep up with family and friends. I also like posting updates and pictures of me, and the fun times i've had. So im my opinion, i see no way no how that facebook is a waste of time. Unless of course, you have no active social life, then it could be!

Hi. keshia2007r. I am on Facebook and I like it to a certain extent. I only see it as a waste of time if someone spends all day on there just playing around and not being productive with their lives. I have seen it all. MyLot is a site that allows one to interact with many people from all around the world. When I am on Facebook, it seems as if people think that they are just too good to communicate with some people and be friends with them. MyLot is open to everyone and they are more accepting just as long as you are not a nasty troll or a spammer. Facebook is a great site to connect with many people, especially people that you have not seen in a long time. I have met and touched basis with quite a few people like this. I am still searching for many others too. I do agree, that Facebook is a site that is better for people whom have social lives. I have a social life and I guess mines is just more at myLot than Facebook.

I think its important to speak for yourself. If an individual is on facebook playing games how and why would he or she say that its a waste of time, when they are actually doing it? I do believe it each its on. If you were looking to join facebook to communicated with people across the world, and this failed you then mylot is the place for you. On the other hand that wasn't my intentions of joining facebook. I know every human being in my friends list and i'm not completely interested on meeting people across the world through facebook. In my opinion thats not the site to do this.

I have reconnected with old friends I have not seen since I was in high school so facebook is awesome in my opinion. I know people who talk bad about Facebook and in the end they end up signing up and getting addicted to it, lol. If it entertains you and makes you happy, why is it a waste of time?

Exactly how I feel, but like I said people with no social life, just doesn't understand facebook. Its for the updates for family and friend. To have fun, post pictures, comment on people statuses. All in good fun. I don't see how its a waste of time either.

I like Facebook! I am able to stay in contact with family members I don't see much! Like the nephew who is in the Navy! Seeing photo's of my great neice on Facebook that her dad,another nephew of mine,puts on Facebook! I also stay in touch with friends who are living in other countries! I also got hooked playing "Farmville"! So I am on Facebook alot and I love it!

I don't know why people say it's a waste of time. People contact eachother by email right? Nobody ever says that's a waste of time. Facebook is more efficient than that, and you can also get in touch with people you've drifted away from.

I don't know why people say its a waste of time either, until I just realized that they need an actual social life to get to enjoy facebook. Its annoying to me, to hear people talk like this. If FB is not for you, than its just not for you.

facebook is a good place to have fun and enjoy with friends and family
but i thing i have not learned anything using it. but if i compare mylot with facebook i have learned everything about online earning from mylot
made friends who share same interest like i have of making money online and help each other
i am on facebook but nowadays hardly spend time there since i found mylot
i do sometimes chat with my friends there but not like before though

Opposed to mylot, on facebook I have real friends. People who I actually grew up with. I'm not looking to have any learned experiences on facebook. That wasn't my intentions at all on joining. If that was yours sorry that it wasn't a learned experience.
