I would like to learn hacking but don't know where to start?

I am very curious about this thing. Since most of newbies does and I'm one of them I am very interested on how technology works. I am not a graduate of any computer related course but my interests are pointed to these subject.

start with the basics try to learn a computer language and seek help from a pro go check out the internet forums its loaded with tutorials and u just need to have a little bit of determination and patient as i have met people who have been learning for 2 years the bad thing is for newbies that these things change on a daily basis

Thanks, i have been trying to learn linux based operating systems because i've read from articles that most hackers use this O.S. Well I did try using Backtrack and used it on my own wireless network and I succeeded. But the thing is, i didn't really understand how it worked because I just did it with a tutorial.

It's not easy,you need study Linux system,there are many powerful tools in the system.

you should have some basics in all most all popular programming languages.if you want to try something or to learn how hackin things work, http://www.hackthissite.org/ is a pretty good site.It is a legal platform for hackers to test their skill and a very informative site for newbies.
