i remember the day when me and my mom went to a funeral of her friend, i think this was a year or two from now.... i've seen the reception and it really feels so cool but at the same time warm and full of love from the family.... i told my mom, MA... WHEN I DIE SOMEDAY, I WANT MY COFFIN COLOR GREEN (IT'S MY FAVORITE COLOR) I WANT TO HAVE A GREEN BALLOON AND AT MY LAST DAY I WANT ALL YOU YOU TO WEAR GREEN SHIRT, AND PLEASE TRY NOT TO CRY FOR IT WILL HURTS ME WHENEVER I WILL BE THAT DAY... my mom keeps her silent for a long time and when she talks she looks at me very seriously and told me this, WHEN YOU DIE... I WON'T BUY YOU A COFFIN ANYMORE, I WILL JUST LET YOU LIE DOWN ON MY BED NEXT TO ME AND I WILL HUG YOU EVERYDAY. YOU KNOW CHILD THE WORST THING THAT CAN EVER HAPPEN TO A MOTHER IS TO SEE HER CHILD DIE BEFORE HER... I was close to tears when she said this if only were not in the funeral of a friend... how about you what is the sweetest thing your parent ever told you that makes your heart melt?

Your mother is very wise. My mother never told me such sweet and wise things, however she is always there when I need her. To me that is enough and sweet, too.

Wow, you have a great mom. I was loved more by my father (now deceased), so whenever my mom did something that made me cry, she would make excuses on my name. He he... But I love her.

every mom has its own way of showing love to their child and surely own sweetness, being always there for you if you need her is sweet too, my mom is always at my side whenever i need her, when i was a kid she's always taking the blame for me and my brother whenever my dad gets angry, kinda act of tolerating but, after she takes the blame she always told us what we've done wrong

That is very sweet of your mother to tell you that. Well, i don't remember my parents ever say sweet things to me, we are not that open to each other as to our feelings concern, but my mom always does things that would make me comfortable or make me happy, she is keeping her opinion to herself but she always does good things for her children and see to it that everything is well with her children. And that is sweet.

Gosh, xien, I am a mother and there is no moment in my life right now that I don't ask God to keep my daughters safe always. The scenario you asked your mom is something we pray will never happen. The course of life is, mothers go first... and please let it be that way. God. So don't give your mom a reason to cry. Keep safe always and avoid anything that you think will put your life in danger.

my mom maybe thinks that i'm very aggressive and very prone to danger even if i'm a girl, but i'm taking care of myself also but not like the normal kid does.... and i love my mom i'm always taking care of her too, i'm very not ready to let her go to heaven... thanks for the comment friend and always be a good mom

i think being a mother is such a great feeling... even if mother usually took the greater responsibility of molding their child, sometimes it can be stressing specially my mom, i'm not that great child and actually i'm a papa's girl but still i do love my mom and dad, they we're the greatest blessing God gave me, they we're both awesome

She plays the role of angel and devil at the same - Personally i hope i die first.
my mom usually cause my heart to bleed and burst into flame.Because her mouth is very judgemental , need to have plenty of salt to listen to her comments.HEr comments are loop sided , as she play the angel and devil also in the same time.If things are wrong she will blame others and if things are right she will boost herself. If i am rich surely i will not leave in the same state with her.If possible in another country.

wow.... you're so harsh with your mom, i think you both don't understand each other that's why your thinking that way... try to talk out your differences, in this life you can only have one mom and she's precious ... thanks for the comment though your comment is super negative

I'm so touched by your story. You were somewhat morbid. It is a damn painful on the part of a mother to loose a child even she got a dozen of them. Children were born not to buried by the parents but rather children were born to bury their parents. Don't take it literally. I remember my mom,( she may now rest in peace.)She's very ill, she's suffering from an end stage kidney disease. When a tragic thing happen in our family. I found my eldest brother lying on his bed without the breath of life... My mom can't really take it. He was the only son. She kept on crying.. thinking it happened very fast. But with much courage I told her, to stop grieving from my brother's lost. If you grieve, don't grieve for him but rather grieve for us.. for we will only be together for a short period of time. For my brother, you'll be with him forever. and two weeks had passed my mother joined the Creator and so with my brother. Sorry if I can't respond to your discussion.. maybe nest time. for I have consumed so much of the space here. :)

Being a mother too, I know what your mother is thinking, the thought alone sends an awful feeling in my heart. Yes, it was the hardest thing that any parent could ever imagine. I will keep on praying that my daughters will have good health and longest life that they could have. That's the only way I could prevent it from happening.
