is there any solution for white hair problem

Oh my god today when i was combing my hair i found few white hairs am shocked by seeing that and am just 20 and am already in a depression with hairfall problem and now in addition to that white hair problem,its irritating me and am loosing my confidence.So friends i wanna ask you that any of you facing this same problem and how you are treating it,and is there any medcine or treatment for white hair problem and hairfall problem?

for hairfall problem, i have no promising solution that works for everyone, so you're gonna have to do a trial and error for every available product out there that you can afford...for white hairs, well if you want a fast and cheap fix for that, your best bet is to dye them dark...

hi,
It could be hereditary. My Uncle and my sister are like that.My sister started having gray or white hair at an early age. It's not true that its all about wisdom and what have you. It is also not true that one will get white hair by going to sleep with their hair wet. It may be stress and, like I said, hereditary.
