any software change the text to lady voice?

any software that change the entered text to a lady voice and make that sound file i tried but only boy voices are available anyone tell me about the software which changes from text to lady voice speaker

i don't know about a professional software but i do know that the browser Opera can do that but with extra files you can download it through the browser u should give it a try mark me as best ?? +
