I believe in power of music as well. I feel I release my inner strength when singing. I like playing my synthesizer or piano. I like to travel to the country to be in the nature. Being in the water, swimming is a good way to relax for me. I like to ride my bicycle, but I aware, one has to be careful when the mind is not in peace.

Like a lot of people, I try to do something that I enjoy doing. I know that doing something that I enjoy will help me relax. I might read a good book, listen to some relaxing music, go for a nice walk, or something like that. I think that the best thing to do when you're stressed is to do something that you enjoy doing.

me too..i also listen to music..sometimes really loud music, but most of the time soothing music..when listening to music doesn't do the magic, i walk around the city mostly at night..going back and forth to different places..when i get hungry, i just stop by some restaurants or fastfood chains to eat..

I love to listen music too. Makes me jump into another world, makes me feel better and makes me forget everything that I want to forget, well, depending on the song that I listening. And there are some songs that I listen when I'm sad and they make me cry, that makes me feel better too.
Is all about music when I'm not in peace.

I have to find something that I enjoy doing that will bring me the comfort i need. I might be eating a favorite comfort food, listening to my favorite song or just reading a book or watching a movie. Having your mind at peace is worth the effort.

Yes. I do believe about Music Therapy. There was a time when I was down and no one cheers me up. I listened to the Music of my favorite Musician. After that,I'm okay it made my day happy. How I wish others would do that too. Instead of doing things that will ruins other life.
