Being the Youngest I enjoyed the special attention and care they gave to me. Though not a spoiled one, whatever I demand, my parents and siblings took much effort just to please me. I felt that I am so special to them. Like the most precious stone. Until now I enjoyed the advantages of being the baby boy of the family.:)

I'm also the youngest in my family but I had a different scenario than you do. In our family, I'm the first to be a college graduate and since then, I have been supporting them. It has taught me that it does not mean I'm youngest that I'm pampered sometimes life casts us into different roles in order to survive and what life has give me for a role? ---independence ;)

Being pampered all the time has its disadvantages, too. You would not learn the value of having to work hard for something that you want. You always have things served to you. Everything comes in a silver platter with trimmings on the side. It is not helpful in the long run. You need to learn to be independent. Sometimes, you need to work hard for things you really want.
