Accomodation rates in Mcleod Ganj.

I am thinking of going to Mcleod Ganj in Himachal for a month. Since, I am intending to stay so long there, can anybody tell me if I can get an accommodation there for around 10,000 rupees/month. I can't afford more than that. Is it possible to stay there for a month on that much of accommodation budget? If it can be managed in less than that, then please mention.
