Insomnia..insomnia..insomnia..

Is anyone of you having a hard time sleeping? In my case, I'm always having difficulty sleeping..do you ever felt the feeling of being physically asleep but mentally awake? Weird? No, it's not..it really happens to me..Once I experience that, when I wake up I feel tired and weak..i feel that I didn't sleep of how many days..Please help me out guys..any suggestions?

Actually NO. These days I'm jut too tired that I sleep quite well and quite long too. I oversleep and am late for school which means trouble again. Arghhhhhhhh And about your sleeping habits, I think you should go to some doctor if you're really having problems and is affecting your daily life.

i have been through insomnia so many times already that i cannot remember how many times it happens to me. I take sleepasil...that is a nice herbal treatment for insomnia, u should try it...if it's not effective, better go to a doctor, u might need some meds for that, but the meds are habit forming, i have been through that experience...herbal is still the best. have some sleepytime tea also, there are some teas that can help you relax such as chamomile and lavender tea...find the one that will help u sleep. try aromatherapy also, lavender scent and chamomile, rosemary, grapefruits, rose, those are sweet and relaxing scents...or, u can try to have some massage...feel free to add me up as a friend and give me a personal message when u do need advice on how to sleep well...

also, don't exercise in the evening because it makes your brain very active...and avoid drinks with caffeine after lunchtime...

i have insomnia due to a physical ailment but i do take meds for sleeping which do help, but my advice would be to get a doctor's opinion though.

I think I have insomnia too! It's really difficult for me to sleep at night. Even though I close my eyes, I can't sleep fast. It takes many hours for me before I began sleeping. And yes, it happened to me too, that my body sleep but not mentally. :)
