I think they'll not be recover right away but I believe that they'll be recover but not right away. It's just happened that until now there are still some issues. Being high tech right now does not mean they will resolve the damages right away. They have lots of problem, the damages that had come to them were just few of their problem, it needs funds although there are some rescues from different countries but still there are some problems that can't be resolve right away especially the nuclear.

Japan's ability to recover may be fast comparing to other countries' ability, due to its advanced technology. However, this time, Japan has suffered greatly. I don't think it can recover very soon. Some businesses have temporarily shut down because of the lack of electricity, and the damage that has occured all over the country; some business are even facing worse problems, their businesses might have to be shut down. Investers have started to ignor japanese firms, which cause the drop in japanese firms' stock prices. Tourist sector is also doing bad, as the beautiful country has been destroyed. The government bond will not go well, as the government will need ro spend a lot of money to recover the country.

I think and firmly believe that Japan will recover but it may take some time. The reason behind my belief is that Japan was the worst suffer of both the World Wars but in no time it managed to recover, so this time also Japan will recover.

Hi. sept0580. I don't think that Japan can recover as fast. It is so much of damage that is outstretched. It will take several months or at least a couple of years to rebuild and restore everything that has been lost and damaged due to this heavy earthquake. It is very sad that this had to happen. This is a very unfortunate situation here for many of the living residents of Japan. I am also saddened over the many deaths of residents in Japan as well.

well ofcourse they can recover. From those earthquakes and tsunami, only a small part of japan was affected not even tokyo their central hub. But ofcourse even that small area needs time to recover.
