Hello, everyone here.
I am a new comer here and I am considering about trying to learn to drive during this summer holiday.
I think I am too young to learn to drive and I am curious to know whether it is hard to learn?
Could you please share your experience here with me? I will appreciate it. Many thanks !!

Try to get first student permit before go driving, if you really interested to learn its easy but it depends on what car would you like to drive, if it is an automatic or manual, automatic is more easier to learn just set the gear and that's it. The accelerator and the break is easily learn not press too much by your foot. When my husband taught me to drive, just a week time, I can drive alone then without my husband's assistance. The important in driving is fighting spirit that you really learned driving and presence of mind always. Good luck.

Hey, thanks. I really do appreciate your advice. And I will take the driving lessons this summer holiday and gain my own driving lisence.
As you said automatic cars are more convenient to handle and I believe so, but the when you attend the driving test, they will let you practice on a manual ones. So, badly ,I will try harder to make sure I can handle all of these.
I do appreciate your last words: The important in driving is fighting spirit that you really learned driving and presence of mind always.
Thanks a lot for helping me .
Take care!

You're not too young. Driving isn't too hard to learn. The getting started part is a little scary. I remember when I took driver's ed, and I had a blast, but at the same time, I was really nervous to be driving in busy cities. So just be careful and safe, and have fun. Wear your seatbelt (duh), and enjoy it! It may seem really hard at the beginning, but soon it will all become second nature. I promise! Have fun! :)

I am not sure how old you are but I learned how to drive when I was 16 years old. It was easy for the most part but some of it was a little hard until you get the hang of it.

Hehe, I am only 19 years old and according to our law I can begin to take lessons and try to gain my own driving lisence. But before taking any class and practice, I was a little bit nervous.
But after all , I believe I will be OK.
Thanks a lot !

well the best way to learn is through observation.. When I was in High School I always watch how my father and brother drive their cars..I anticipate the change in gears, The signs that they watch out, how they make their turn and I even ask questions. So by the time I'm ready to learn how to drive it would be easy. And it really was.

Yes, I got it from you that observation is so important. I usually observe others drive and wish I could drive like them. I am going to take driving class this summer holiday and wish me luck!
Take care and thanks for sharing your experience with me!
