preparation for pregnancy

I have planned to be pregnant this year,I need some advices to prepare it, now I only know that I need to have folacin and have more fruits,I have spent less and less time sitting before computer. what else I need to do to ensure I can have a healthy baby? your advices would be much appreciated

Take folic acid, eggs are good source of it too. Try to eat healthy. Don't stress yourself too much as it can prevent you from conceiving. If you do smoke, might as well think about quitting.

take fruits and vegetables is good for pregnant mother. but,some of them can cause allergic effect to the baby if u take it in high amount because there is so many genetically modified food and vegetables nowadays. choose wisely. be cool all the time,don't stress out or sad or disappointed on anything,its not good for both of u.

You are already doing the right thing by taking folic acid and eating more fruits. Just continue doing it and you can add vegetables in your food, don't take processed food. You can try exercising also and do the pelvic exercise, it will help you in times of labor. Good luck on having a healthy baby!
