I would always recommend one to go with The brand HP or Toshiba. The configurations that is duly affordable and also performance is surely HP. But spending a little more and not hurting the quality would be opting Toshiba.
I rather have faith in HP because of the fact that I use it. Reliability and looks are also a factor. With good customer support I would suggest HP has not shown poor credibility mostly, though there have been some case s unsolved.
Happy using all the best brands.
Apple comes on top if they reduce the high pricing for sure. No criticism for this Best Brand indeed.

I have an Hp laptop, and it really is nice to use.
I tried brands like Acer and Toshiba, but they weren't as comfortable, in terms of keyboard design.

I myself use an Hp Laptop.
I must say that it is one of the better brands out there.
My friends have an Acer, TOshiba, and Compaq laptops. I tried them, but they just weren't as comfortable.
Yeah most laptops look good, but I think Hp has got it right in terms of usability design and user comfort.
The designs of an Hp laptop are just so good, both with style and purpose. For example, in my laptop, I personally like how 1 Usb port is placed besides the cd rom slot at the right hand side. If this were other brands, your hand/fingers would have a hard time using the mouse because the mouse wires keep folding and bumping into your hands.
In terms of comfort, the Hp laptop keyboard buttons just make sense. I could easily work hours and hours in front of my laptop with my fingers not getting tired.
I like how the texture of the keybaord buttons is somewhat different compared to the ordinary plastic felt in most laptops.
Oh, and did I mention, the keyboard backlight is really cool? hehe..
I could go on and on, but you get my idea.
I plan on having a third laptop, yet another Hp.

I would like to say Thinkpad T-series is always my cup of tea, whatever from IBM or Lenovo. I have used many Brands(HP,Acer,Toshiba,SONY,Asus,Dell,Panasonic...) but only Thinkpad's heat control makes me feel comfortable and top other all

For me I choose Fujitsu, the products are imported laptops so the price might be a bit higher than other brands. But I think it worth the price. The design is good, its body is durable(for this I can confirm, I've once drop it by accident and it still work perfectly, no scratch. What impressed me is that there's no problem about heat, I don't even feel hot after 4 hours with my laptop on me. There's no problem with chipset. So overall I choose Fujitsu as my best ever.
Note : My knowledge about each brands base on what I saw in Thailand, things might be different for the same brand in other countries.

good to see that Laptop survived the fall.
But if I see around a Laptop for me. then i mostly go for Dell Brand. Because it has USP .it has flexibility of choosing your laptop the way you want it to be. If your want your desired configuration you can choose it through dell sit site. and place order on call . it delivers to your home that directly from manufacturing unit.not that stale ,waiting for so long to be sold. For DELL Brand,Optional Configuration and cheap factor with quality is a win win for me .and so i go for it

My favorite is my MacBook Pro. About $1,200. Quite a bit for a laptop, but very cheap for an Apple! BUT unlike with other brands of laptops, I will never have to pay for antivirus, because there is no virus known to affect Apples! They even try making them, and they can't. The Apple can only get 2 Trojan horses and NO viruses, so I save so much money on antivirus that it's worth it!
