i saw a site called buxtooth,what is it exactly and what they do?who owns it and what is their purpose and how long is it online?

i did join, didn't manage to get anything, but it seems that most this week i can't log in, or even load it. most of these sites are a risk, but then it takes about 20 seconds a day, if you are doing other things at the same time, so it's never a big investment!
