Hey, guys, I am here. I like communicating with my friends on the Internet by using gmail, MSN, facebook, and QQ( we Chinese often use it )and renren( something like your facebook)?sina weibo( something like your twitter) etc. It is amzing that the Internet narrows down our distance. We can talk about anything we like by using this communicating tools. What is your opinion of the way we communicating through Internet? Which is your best choice? Looking forward to your voice! Thanks anyway!

We are using FB as our means of communication, if ever I or they are not online we use the pm for important messages, most of the time we used the FBchat. It's more convenient for us. But I spend lot of my time in mylot. Just make a glance from time to time on FB for notifications.

FB means Facebook friend, yesterday I and my friend did searching for her siblings and relatives and glad to tell you we searched for them. Facebook plays a great role in her life I can't control my emotions too when I see her crying because her niece and nephew immediately respond, so thanks again FB. Good day friend!

Wow, I see, FB means facebook friend! Our renren is something like that too. By the way, the movie social network is so great and I believe Mark could be better than Steve Jobs and Bill Gates!! In China , we don't use facebook sometimes, for some kind of reason. But, I still believe talking to your friend online brings you a lot of fun. Have a nice day friend and good luck!

I am a person who rarely, and almost never leave the house, to meet friends or family. The only way to communicate with friends or family, I rely on the Internet. With the Internet, I was very helpful.

Because now married and become a housewife, I rarely get out of the house. Actually I also want, to see family or friends directly, but my duties as wife and mother, very hard to make it happen.

I am alomstly that kind of girl too, do not wanna go out to meet someone, I prefer to stay in the room and talk to friends or communicate with others online. However, as a student, I need to go outside to take classes, play with my friends,or something else. Honestly, going outside brings me a lot of fun, too. Take care and good luck! Have a nice day!

I like communicating with my friends. They are my treasures. Thanks to internet I can keep up with them. I know how they're doing and what's kind of life they have. I am thankful to Facebook, I was able to locate my high school and college friends. It's been decades since we talked to each other. I don't mind sending emails, messages to them. Though talking to them personally is different. At least, you can still know how it is where they are. It widens my horizon and know different places as well. I like Facebook, email, IMs, and Skype.

Yep, I believe what you said that Internet widens our horizon and facebook helps you to locate with your classmates or friends whom you may not see for decades~~ In China, we don't use facebook very often but we usually use renren(it means everybody and like facebook) to communicate with our friends! You said that friends are your tresaures and I gree with that. I like using gmail and sometimes use skype ,as for IM, I am not familiar with it. Thank you and good luck. Hace a nice day!

i do but not all the time. i have friends/classmates back home and we still like to talk about things. so the perfect medium is chatting or through facebook website. we still share the same topics, fun, grudges hehehehe.. and they still include me in their travels though i really cant go. i believe it's the easiest way to communicate, for me -- via internet. i prefer going online than texting them.

I loved chatting but now i'm not so fond of social networking sites or any messenger chatting, i only prefer face to face talk. when theres something important i specially ask people to wait and meet, its always better than having to explain it on the intrenet. I find it hard to get point across through the internet. Also, when it comes to chatting for fun, i loved it but as i grew up i realized its stupid. You know, i rather do something productive than chat with millions of people who dont even care. But still i find social networking sites and messengers extremely helpful, both have their own merits that i may not have completely realized yet. so thats why i don't weigh it much importance! ;) Everyone has a different point of view, nice to haer you enjoy these sites and chatting. Ciao!

Yep. Different ways of talking have theit own advantages and disadvantages. It is good of you like chatting. Sometimes, talking via the Internet does bring us a lot of trouble. It may cause a lot of misunderstanding or dishonesty. I believe talking to others face to face makes your friends real and you can understand better by their tone and gesture~~etc. Nice talking to you , my friend, and good luck , take care! Have a nice day!!

'hey there :)welcome to myLot.. I heard about QQ after I met a Chinese girl online through Skype (it's like IM and yahoo messenger). I am currently a great fan of Facebook, probably because all of my friends are plugged into the site :) Right now, since I am far from my home, famiy and friends, I use these tools to the fullest. Before we had to wait for days to send a letter, but now my mom can receive news from me through SMS or email in just a few seconds :)

I like to communicate with my friends on the internet. It is alot better than a phone or in person if you ask me. I work alot and I am always on my computer so that is the best way for them to contact me and stay in touch.

Yup, communicating through the internet is the really good way to shorten distance between you and your contact, especially when they are really far away from you. But still I prefer sitting with them and talk to them face to face. Because I think what we speak is not the only way we communicate with people, but also our body languages. You'll never know if they tell the truth or not from only their words, the truth sometimes hide in their eyes. :)

Yes, could't agree with you more! Talking to each other face to face is the right way to communicate and through their body language, you will know what is he or she exactly wants to express or it is a good way to test whether she or he lies to you. However as the Internet is developing so fast, it brings us lots of advantages and disadvanteges. I believe using different ways to communicate to different people maybe reasonable. After all, we should be honest to our true friends! Thanks a lot and take care~!

Few years ago I'm still using Irc to chat with my friend with long distance or just to find cyber friends. After that I'm using Yahoo Messenger until now and I never look forward to find another. I like YM because it has some features. Even now booming Facebook everywhere I'm still prefer using YM to chat rather that FB. But chat is not only the way to communicate. Friendster and Myspace famous here in Indonesia before Facebook and Tweeter. Beacause those social network, I think distance between me and my friend disappear.

Hey, my friend here! Thank you so much for telling so many communicating tools. Honestly, I only know Myspace, MSN, facebook(which the movie socail network makes it more popular) gtalk, gmail, twitter. As for FB (are you sure it has nothing to do with FBI? Hehe:))?Friendster?Irc ect. In China, we can use MSN, gmail, gtalk but cannot use others you mentioned. Besides we have our own communicating tool such as QQ(if you are interested , please give it a try. )renren(our "facebook" which means "everybody")sina weibo(is like your twitter). I believe you are a big fan of Internet communicating. Hope you could try more and have more fun! If you wanna try something I mentioned above, you can let me know and I can help you. Good luck and take care!
