Do you know someone who hates music? who can't stand listening to any music to the extent that he/she doesn't have any fave music?
For sure, I can't be that person. Everyday I live, breath & sleep music. So I ask you dear reader..
Can you live a world without music?

This topic title just caused a very, very cold chill to go down my spine, that I am really still feeling. A world without music, that is really one of the harshest and coldest worlds one could really live with. The thought of such a world does really make me feel very filthy. It is a grimy, disgusting place to be without feeling. There is just an empty void of nothingness and it does really scare me to say the least to such a thing.
I have never really meant anyone who really hates music. I do imagine that such a person does in fact exist. I really shudder at the possibility of them existing, but there you go. There are a lot of people out there that are rather twisted. Granted in many ways a person who hates all music is really down on the list just a little bit but still it is not a very pleasant. I really hope that I do not meet a person like that. I would not really be able to stomach being around them. It is just that simple. I would never be able to live in a world without music.

Nope!! Music is in my heart and soul. It helps me to relax, depending on the song I can relate in some way to it. Unfortunately I can't sing..lol but that still doesn't keep me from belting out my favorite lyrics. I would DIE without MUSIC!

I think a world without music is totally boring. I love music so much and it's one of the most effective ways to relieve stress, calm my nerves and make me feel better, at least in my case. Having no music would kill me to boredom and definitely make the world a dull place to live in.

First let me say I tried to visit your website but the link in your profile doesnt work... Now back to your question... At first glance one might say that I can live without music, I seldome listen to any broadcasts lately... But the truth is that the music lives in my soul and is playing all the time... Later

Well, I don't think I could. It sounds crazy, but It would be hard for me.I sleep with music on, helps me fall asleep. When I'm upset or maybe depressed, I listen to music and I guess it makes me feel better. Also, whats a party without music? and whats a life without party? So personally, I don't think I could live without music. In a world of routines, agendas, and monotonous school work, I need music to spice things up.Going into music would be a perfect lifestyle for me, I think. I mean, yeah it may not put bread on the table (so to speak) at times, but it would mean doing what I love, and what I love is music. I couldn't handle sitting at a desk all day wanting to blow my brains out. School is dull enough now (though it is very important to get an education). Plus, listening to a variety of music is fun. You become exposed to different instruments, different styles, different emotions, different sounds. It's very culturing. And music does affect us on a physical level as well as an emotional level. Well, at least for me it does. When I'm feeling down in the dumps, I just listen to music and things brighten up again! I feel better emotionally, and in turn I feel better physically. Music's the best medicine I've ever taken. If music wouldn't exist, I wouldn't too hah. Wish you the best!

No, i couldn't live without music. Music really helps me in numerous situations as follows:
-When i can't sleep, music is the key to solve it
-Whenever i go to school, i want to reduce the pressure by listening to music with my headset
-when i am happy and alone, this momentum will not be perfect if i don't listen to music
-Having great time with my friends was more colorized by music trips
-50% of my internet time is all about music
and many more haha :D

I could, but it would definitely be much, much less enjoyable. I like to listen to even a smidgen of music everyday- even when I don't listen to music, I sometimes have it going in my head, or through my body(shaking foot or knee to a beat...)...

It would be really-really-really hard, but in a really extreme condition I think I could??? But I don't want to. I listen to music literally every day. It helps me relieve stress, stimulate and inspire me, calm me down when I'm angry, fill me up with hope when I'm hopeless, or just rock out when I'm happy :).
