I don't know with some of you, but I always experience this twice or thrice a year. A time when you want to quit your job and find a new one because your sick and tried of doing the same job over and over again. A time when you feel your not getting payed enough for the work your doing. A time when your feel you deserve a better job than what you have right now.
When is the best time to quit your job and look for a new one? Do you really need you really need to quit your job ?

It is only natural to feel like that sometimes and everybody goes through ups and downs with their job.
It's clear that you feel undervalued in your current job and I think that it is important to get to the root cause of these feels otherwise you may go on to a new job and feel the same way six months down the line.
You need to focus on your continued professional development and look at ways which you can improve yourself. This will not only boost your confidence but also change the way your colleagues interact with you.
First you need to decide if you're happy with the direction that your life is currently taking you. Try imagining yourself in four years time, what would you have liked to accomplish by then?
Now the hard part is to take those dreams and turn them into objectives and development aims.
I can talk more about this but don't want to bore you if you aren't interested. Remember you only get out of life what you put into it.
All the best

if one is not happy anymore with his or her job, then he or she has to start looking for another job. but there are a number of factors to consider before embarking on a new endeavor in your life:
- are you ready?
- has savings that can be the provision while you wait for a job
- are you sure you really wanna quit?

You are not alone. I felt the same way too specially when I started working after I graduated from college. I transferred from one company to another without staying for more than 3 months. But my advice to you is you shouldn't really quit job every time you feel like it. It is not a nice thing for your employment history. Companies usually look for loyalty when hiring people and your resume should have that impression.

Ohhhh friend you should not quit the job frequently at least one year you should stay in one company so you can gain the knowledge about that company's working way and you can get experience certificate so on the basis of this you can get good job. Your payment may be increased after one year because some company's rule is that they check your one year performance and then decide your payment should be increased or not.

When i was an employee i used to feel that way especially if it is in the middle of the month when the finance is low but when it is salary time i change my mind again and decide to stay on. Just quit your job if you want to not fair also to go to work and get salary as half motivated staff. Have you try writing down the pros and cons if you jobless.

i think it's human nature, because it happens to me too. Quite a lot lately. :)
Anyway, life coaches will tell you to find a job where your passion lies and you will never work a day in your life. you will be psyched to go to work everyday. but quitting is not as black and white. you need to check your priorities and responsibilities as well. do you have enough savings to sustain you until you find another job? enough to pay bills, food and lodging? Or maybe you should find a job first and then quit. But if you are brave enough (i know some who are) quit and find the job that best suits you.
whatever you do, good luck. :)

I've felt that several times in my life but also have gained experience about what I want to do, what can I do and how to do it.
Being realistic, at least for me, it is not that easy to just find a job at this very moment, I have one, it's ok, can't complain but still pushing to try and eventually be independent and have a little business of my own.
At least here, where I live, even having a professional degree can't guarantee you'll have a better position, one has to excel from the rest.

you must know of ur interest and enjoy ur work. if ur job would bring ur happiness and give you what you want, maybe you should treat it as a part of ur life. learning skills and make you be strong and experience,by then, let more important jobs be challenged and discipline yourself well.
whenever, you think,or you enjoy ur work, perhaps you will be,thinking first.

i feel the same way sometimes, even now but make sure you have another alternative before you quit your current. and its not wise to keep quitting jobs because employers will get the impression that you cannot keep a stable job which might pose problems when you apply. what you can do is find out if there are any other positions within the organization that you would be interested in.
have a good day.
