my proposal was very low key, and in a mental hospital, where my husband was being treated at the time. but when he got out of hospital, I did get a diamond ring in a kinder egg, which was a lot more romantic.

It is really,you need to be romantic at some point, may think that if he/she is romantic they care,but that's not not the case all the time,it can trick you some times,like material things and I don't think anyone likes that,small things count.And a strong relationship is tested in time.As for something romantic even if it's not mine,a friend went to his girl's apartment and place rose petals from the entrance to her bed and on the bed was a little box,inside they box was a note that said please open the door,she did and there he was,he didn't say anything just put the ring on her finger and she said: "I do!".The ring was made my him,his a craftsman.Half of this was my idea,im just glad it worked.

Lol..... honestly that was the only proposal I've ever seen. I was at a restaurant and suddenly I heard cheering. Thank god she didnt eat the ring.

lol can you imagine what would have happened. thats very sweet though. i saw one this morning on yahoo when the guy proposed from a flight. the girl looked out the window and the spelling will you marry me was on the lawn from above. very romantic

I have a recently engaged friend. And her fiance proposed on the beach. They were diving at that time. He gave the ring when they were under water. sweet!!!

Three years back I got married. The proposal was came from my inlaws and they came to my working place. They told me that on enquiry in the surroundings only they got my details. Based on this only they come to me and made a proposal. After a few days only I got married. I feel this is a best marriage proposal.

thats really excited. and the proposal was not long which is a good thing but nice when the inlaws approve.
