Don't we need a Suggestion Box out here?

We often discuss about the format of this website, debate about its features. Many new suggestions/corrections often come up during these discussions. We don't see any of these (most of them at least) taken seriously or being implemented. Don't we need a more of an open kind of "Suggestion box" . so that it is far more easier to convey our ideas/suggestions. Also, members can be rewarded for good ones. This should encourage members to think more about improving the sites interface and features. This can make active members more addictive and consider myLot much more than a means of earning...
I don't mean myLot is just about money, it is awesome of course and addictive in many senses but there is always room for improvement, specially when we have so many experienced/active members (many with technical expertise as well) ready to help.
Do you agree?

hi aravindkrd thats really an idea to consider. I agree we could
indeed have this. Here where I am staying at Gold Crest we often
have issues we want heard by the admins and it was also suggested we have
a suggestion box too. We had one in our activities room but some idiot
and I mean this both literally and figuratively stuffed it full of blank sheets of paper. so now one of the intelligent residents here suggested having it at the front desk where there is always someone in attendance. Here I think it would go over big as like you say we might have a lot of people with technical expertise to help.
