Should me get paternity leave from work.?

what do you think and under what circumstances should this happen? For some men it may be their first child and they need time to bond. frankly i think they should get paternity leave. And what if the mother has a c section? that can be painful and she would need a care giver. this is a perfect time for the daddy to bond with the new born. Looking forward for responses.

OF course, when your work allows you to have paternity leave them you should go and avail of this leave.

not all works allow this. they think the man can do without that. but i think men need time to bond with their child.
