Paypal address not being saved

I've entered my paypal address several times now, and it appears to remain after pressing the update button, however if I navigate away from the page that information seems to disappear from the system, has this happened to anyone else? am I doing something wrong?

It happen to me too but later saved after series of trials

Thanks, I'm happy to hear it's something that has happened to someone else and will eventually be worked out
