Though we many players in the current world bowl and bat they would not be considered as a best all rounder. The person who does both batting and bowling well is considered as the best. The all rounder rating changes every month so could you say the present world's best all rounder.

At the movement on form i would say Shane watson he is the key player for Austrlia opens batting in all formats and bowls well abd has been real asset to his team
Although I would say if you take only test format then its J kallis and in other 2 formats it S Watson
So in including all 3 formats i would go for S Watson

You guys are forgetting the greatest cricketer of all time Jacques Kallis.Shane watson may be on the top of the list right now but I will vote for Kallis anytime. The man has been a phenomenon in all formats tests, odis and ofcourse in t20s.Not only he can play a sheet anchor role but can turn into that devasting power hitter at any time.Aside from that hisbowling has become a bit less ineffective now a days but still he is a mor than handy bowler.I remember in his early days he was a regular bowling option in the proteas team.Leaving all this he has one of the most amazing pair of hands in th slip cordon. Its none other than kallis.Watson though is making fast strides in the same path.Shakib al hassan comes next followed by Yuvi,Vettori and Dilshan.

On Current form I would say Shane Watson. He has been among Runs and wickets in the recent World Cup as well as the Bangladesh tour. Yuvraj Singh runs close but still I would say Shane Watson has better figures than him. Also Tilakaratne Dilshan has been good in the world cup. I don't consider T20 as a format where form matters. It's just Slam Bang cricket and technique and form has nothing much to do with the performance.
