I was think about a job that I had a while ago. There was this woman..she never had done anything by herself..I am not saying that I don't like to help..I always the unique who always help her..But after a while she was not doing her job anymore..and I was working two times more... So I really wanted she fired...but I never did anything bad to to make it happens. So one day I talk to my boss and said to her that I wanted to change my departament..so I moved and she was there..now alone..so couple months after she was fired because nobody else helped her and she couldn't do by herself. and you? something to share? thanks for share!

Yes I know that I have felt this way even when I used to work on a job. I kind of feel that I would like to see my daughter's teacher fired. She was written up for a complaint that I have made on her. So now she is trying to be funny by doing certain things a certain way. She gave my daughter a bunch of homework for Spring Break. I know that she just did that to ruin my spring break, but I am not going to worry about it though. So you moved from out of the same department that she was in, and she was all by herself and she ended up having so much of work to do, and this resulted her in being fired? I just think that she should have tried to do some of her own work rather than to just let someone else do it for her instead. You did not have to go through all of this only if she had to have done her part in doing her job.

Theres many times when I've worked at a job, and other people have wanted me to be fired because I was not qualified but better at the job than them. That really used to upset me because I tried so hard and had such a horrible time because of it. Currently there are people at my work who are lazy, turn up late and dont come into work sometimes and just get away with it. If I ever did it I would get fired for sure!

I have worked at jobs where I tended to do my work and others' work as well. I did not have the option of transferring departments. They had to eventually get themselves fired.

Sure. There are people that goes all the way to make others unhappy, to mess a work enviroment and I think they should go away, that they are trouble wherever they are. Specially workers like bullies, they really need first that someone stand up for them and second they need to go after that.

reporting people to be fired is kinda part of my job and I am telling you its not easy. despite of the power I have in my hands , I am not abusing it. There are people that annoys me in the office but I never tried to be personal. At work I avoid to make enemies as much as possible. They are not the people I want to deal with but I have no choice but to deal with them.

Yep. We had one guy who acted totally unprofessional all the time, did his job only half way, and we always had to remind him to do things. We all went to the boss plently of times about him... not necessarily to have him fired but to bring everything to the boss' attention and to have him correct some things. You don't get fired very easily at my work, plus this kid's mom worked in HR. But they finally fired him after a big incident and it was a big relief.

Oh yes. Alot of them deserved to be fired. they would always call in and not come to work or they would come in late or they would come to work and play around and not work at all.

hi kwylima oh yes I worked in the library with a girl who was both laxy and wanted a clerks job but she refused to finish her own and left her book cart for one of us to finish. I was about to get reprimanded for not finishing mywork and I told our supervisor that I had finished my work and was doing the lazy girls work. Oh my I am sorry where is she and I told her she was hanging arou nd with the clerks in the clerks office. she called the girl into her office. ten minutes later she had her purse and walked out the front door., I just told the truth as I had no reason to lie to my boss. so she got fired which did not happen a lot in our library as you had to be really awful first. lol lol
