Do you make extra money writing reviews?

I have done freelance writing but I haven’t tried doing reviews. Are there sites you can do reviews for or are you talking about starting your own site and do so there? The advantage of writing reviews somewhere other than your own blog is that you would not have to market the site in order to attract traffic to it because; speaking from experience I can tell you it is really hard work!

It all matters about the traffic your review brings. If you write a great descriptive review but the page doesn't get hits you wont make any money. This is just like freelance writhing.
