So it is exam time, and I am trying to figure out the best way to get caffine into my body so I can stay up and study. I am not sure if coffee is doing it anymore. And ideas? changes to what kind of coffee?

I noticed that certain coffee doesn't give me that boost. I'm not sure what it is or what is lacking either. But I think the cheaper brands of coffee don't have as much caffeine in them. I don't know if it is where they are grown or if the companies are just mixing the product that way. It would make sense if you want to sell more coffee just lower the caffeine content and people will have to buy and drink more.

take vitamins and supplements to keep you up. eat healthy foods. on the other hand, a strong aroma, whether it is bad or good can make you alert instantly. frequently, aromatherapist suggest essential oils of some plants like rosemary, peppermint, eucalyptus blue gum to decrease fatigue and and motivate the nervous system.

well in candy form for me. You don't waste time sipping on a cup. But don't know if they really have a lot of caffeine in them.

If you want to stay awake during study time, you need a strong scent that can make you more alert very quickly. I recommend essential oils like Eucalyptus blue gum, rosemary or peppermint; they arouse the nervous system and reduce fatigue, open the bottle and take a big smell when you're feeling sleepy.
