Paypal is making me go crazy.

well, to start off, i am stuck with some dollars in my account and it has been two months and i am still unable to withdraw the cash. my account is limited and hence i can not withdraw.
As a solution to that, i have to add my credit/debit card number in my account in order to remove the "limited access" tag. But i am unable to add the card number as those who have limited access CAN NOT do so. 
I have written to paypal through the contact us page but they seem to send an automated mail, suggesting that i do the necessary things given in my account(add card no.)to remove the limitation. i am so damn fed up and don't know what to do. please help me

Lately Paypal has been turning many people crazy
Be it a website owner / donation receiver or a one like you trying for a transaction
I heard a few people lost money there as there account got suspended. But how correct is that. We work so hard to earn that money ,just to loose it in hands of paypal.
Thats not fair

I'm not sure what a limited access tag is, so I can't help you with that problem. I linked my paypal account to my bank account so I could transfer my money to it. I also got the paypal debit card. Whatever money is in your paypal account is yours to use wherever Mastercard is accepted.
