Did you watch the London Marathon? / myLot

Hi mylotters If you live in the UK did you go out to watch the runners in the London Marathon,or do you know someone who was taking part? Every year I watch it, and think yes, next year I am going to take part and run in the Marathon, but I never do,have you ever run a marathon,was it to raise money for charity? or just to see if you could finish,if you finished..congratulations..how long did it take you?would you do it again? Maybe next year I will run the London Marathon..well maybe... Have a great day jojo732

I have never run in a marathon, but I did go on a charity walk one time that was the same length. It took so long and I hurt so bad by the end of the day I couldn't move. I don't think I would do that again, but at my age, it would be hard. I was maybe 20 at that time so it wasn't too bad but now it would be nearly impossible especially since I am in cancer treatment now. Have a great day and good luck if you go in it next year!
