I really hate mosquitoes

Earlier this summer I traveled to Colombia. One late afternoon into the early evening I was waiting at a bus stop and there were many mosquitoes bitting me. I was wearing a pair of shorts. I have traveled to Kenya and to Indonesia where Malaria is an illness that a person can get if he or she is bitten by a mosquito that is affected. I suggest you try sleeping under a insect net that is for people avoiding getting Malaria. You could try wearing long trousers and a long sleeved top when you are out during or after sunset in the early evening and onwards. I stayed on an island in the Maldives. They lit a mosquito coil and it made a big difference: no mosquitoes at all. In Australia close to Darwin people wear hats with a net over them to avoid insects. Good luck with avoiding any more mosquito bites.

I know exactly what you mean. I can stand outside in a group of people and I'm the only one that gets bit by mosquitoes. It makes my skin really irritated as well. You can wash with a soap called phisoderm, and it helps repell mosquitoes, or get a body wash or lotion from a company called Avon, the name of the product is Skin So Soft, and it smells pretty good, but mosquitoes don't like it and it will repell them too.

Yes its a big problem for me also every day,they will bite and make unnecessary sounds near ears it disturbs all my sleep in the night it sucks blood, my sleep totally my energy also. Because of these im not able to sleep at all i do really hate them. i wish there must not be any mosquitoes in the world at all

I guess no one like mosquitoes.They are the carriers of Malaria and Dengue illnesses.I don't know if there are natural ways of eradicating them.At present we have aerosol which is not good for the ozone layer.Repellants, they only turn away from us but not kill them.So we use only nets or screens to keep the away.

If you have the possibility get some frogs. They love mosquitoes. One option is to have a mosquito net over your bed.

Who want to love mosquitoes? Everybody wants kills the mosquitoes because it irritates everybody. We have to love mosquito repellants only till all the mosquitoes vanish from the earth.

No my friend none I know loves a mosquito. Even if it is not biting me I can not stand its buzzing around my ear. In our place we use mosquito net or mosquito impeller. You know malaria is basically the contribution of malaria only.

Hi njamoroso! I don't like mosquitoes too. They create blisters on my skin every time they suck blood. I find their buzzing very annoying to my ears. I always bring a mosquito repellent spray or lotion every time I go outdoors. It's effective in keeping them away. Happy Mylotting!

Nobody in his right mind will ever like mosquitoes. These are blood sucking, annoying and pestering insects which i think don't have any purpose or reason to live in our world at all. I just don't know why they still exist. Even mosquito sprays can't kill them all coz they keep on multiplying rapidly. Well, there's nothing more we can do about them. We just need to avoid having stagnant waters and keep our surroundings clean always. That's all we can do right now. Welcome to mylot!

I don't thing someone here appreciates them. LOL I had dengue before, and I dont want anyone to experience what I had to go through. We spray insect killers when we notice we have mosquitoes. To be sure, I make sure the house is clean, from outside to inside. I spray mosquito killers when we have to go back to province, that would be around every three months. We'd be gone for three days so I dont worry about having to endure the smell.

The thought of anyone loving (or even liking) mosquitoes is funny. =P I don't like them either. They are annoying. The sound, the itch. And they can even transmit diseases like dengue and malaria.
