Are you now who you wanted to be when you were a kid?

The main thing I wanted was to be a mom, I think. I am a mom and grandmother. Over the years I have done many jobs, including some I said I would never do. I am not sure what I am really suited for, so for right now, I am not employed. I am still a mom and grandma. I would have liked to be a dancer, I believe.

Ya i wanted to become a doctor but became an engineer instead.. but i think we all do have the residual desires of what we wanted to become in our brains , i still give the best massage in my home, i am adept at relieving pain of my family members so guess i still have the small doctor in me ...

When i was a kid,i always dreamed of becoming a doctor someday. I never achieved that dream,but i never regretted either. As we grows,a lot of changes do occur as we realized about our dreams. i choose to follow my passion which is all about arts,and i am happy with it. Have a great Monday

Oh no, I dream of becoming a doctor but now i'm into real estate selling, i have developed the love for sales, and haven't pursued my dream becoming of a doctor I guess it change while we grow old

No I'm not, I've always wanted to be a nurse then since I was very much into art I wanted to be an interior decorator and a fashion designer...I'm now a teacher, (my parents made me study education since they thought my dream was not practical) but I guess I kinda use my creativity in teaching so I feel content and happy...I still have plans to design clothes and decorate though, but I guess I'll be just doing that for myself and my future children and I'll be decorating my own house

Yes, ever since I was a kid, I craved to become a civil servant. But what went wrong I don't know I have become a small clerk. Dreams and desires become fruitful to the people those work hard towards the goal which is already set by them is a fact.

No. When I was a child, I wanted to work in the zoo because I loved animals and it would be a nice job for me to look after the animals as a work. Or I hoped to be a sales in a toy department in the stores, so I could play any toys. But when I grow up, these two dreams go far away and now I am working in a trading company. I love China

hi kwylima coincidence myson is also a computer programmere but an out of wo rk one right now and unha;;y in that he h as a two day part time job as trouble shooter for conputers. He has so much experioence in computer programming its a shame he is still out of a full time job. I am now retired but was never just what i wanted to be a reference librarian. but I spent half of my life as a nurse's aide and 23 years working in a library so am not really unhappy now about it. but what i have always wanted is to be a p ublishe d writer so I just keep writing lol lol.

...Hi kwylima, The one thing I remember that I wanted to do as a child was to attend college. I did that. I can't remember wanting a particular career as a child. After I was older I wanted to be a journalist. I did not get there but I write a lot on the internet, which satisfies my desire to write. I have also finished a children's book which I want to get published. As a career I was a federal bank examiner and also a real estate agent. It has been interesting. Cheers.

When I was a kid, I wanted to be a doctor, nurse or some sort in the medical field. Growing up, now I'm not, I'm heading toward the business field and I'm not even sure if I want to do that yet.

Apparently I am not the man i wanted to be, at first i want to be a scientist as a child, then my dream changes to a videogame programmer but I am very bad at Mathematical school subjects and its an essential... Then part of me also wanted fame and fortune,, But I was working in a boring cold office cubicle, My dream is to travel around the world and have a recording deal, I actually won some singing contest before but i already gave up on my dream in music because you have to sell your soul to the devil in able to succeed in the music industry...

When I was young, all I wished for is to achieve all my goals and ambitions in life. I just graduated from college and I am on my way of attaining those dreams if ever I pass the upcoming board exam. The road to success is never easy and you have to undergo a lot of tests. But I know that with God's grace and with perseverance, hard work and determination, I will be able to reach the top.
