Still having honest people in this world..Thanks god :)

Some years ago, when my husband was still alive, we went to Ciudad de Mexico. We had bough ome lotery numbers that you could check in the minute so we went to a small restaurasnt and bought us a soda. The waiter explained us how to check it and we were all thrilled when I won about a dollar or a bit more. We left and after walking several blocks we missed our camera. We run back without much hope because we had sat on a table at the street. Our dear waiter had put the camera on a safe place and gave it to us. He would not accept a tip so we bought more lottery tickets and gave them to him.

Oh! wonderful! Still there is honesty in humans. All the humans are not like that. Honest people are there. The belief in humans will increase when such things happened.

I have same experience in the mall. Me and my youngest son went for some shopping. We buy some dress for me and my daughter and also some hanky for my son. Then my son wanted to eat so we proceed to the food court. After eating,we just got up and leave the floor going down to the groceries which is our last destination. We are nearly approaching the escalator when someone is calling "ma'm",i just ignore the call ,i am not sure the person is calling me or other people around. Then,here comes that service crew running towards me and my son and handed me a shopping bag. Oh...my son forget one shopping bag that he's holding. I am so grateful and say thank you to the young man. okay,it's not that costly...it's just some stuff that i bought from scrapbooking store and new cd movies (5 cd's actually all new ones ) There are still good people around...and we should be grateful when we met one.

Hi there.;-) I never had a personal experience with regards to such kindness because i seldom lost or forgot my stuff. If i do lost my stuff, they were never returned to me. Sadly... and worse, some were forcibly taken away from me. but, I often heard testimonies like this on the news when my co filipino had returned a valuable item or even a load of money to its rightful owner. This , however made me believe or continuously believe in the kindness of human soul. Someone out there are still righteous and are willing to continue doing the right thing even if they are not told to do so. Isn't it a wonderful thing to know that there are still people like this who still exist? I hope there are lots of them.:-)

All people have that goodness inside and I'm glad to find out that they still use it. What's sad, though, is there are also people who'd rather use their bad side just to get by with their lives. They steal and kill in order for them to survive. They don't know that they can live without doing it. Sad.

It's good to know that there are still alot of honest people out there. Some people are so rude, they would have took that phone without saying a word. I think that is criminal actions because you shouldn't take what doesn't belong to you. But thank God he was one of those honest people because she would have never seen her phone again.

hi kwylima I am so glad your friend got her iphone back and the guy was an honest person. yes there really are a lot of good people in this world. I was in my favorite store a few years back grocery shopping and I could not find my Vons card as the items were on sale and I needed my vons card to get the sale price. So she just asked for my phone number as they had the number of my card in the files via my phone number. so I go home thinking I must have lost it in my apartment. But I searched the whole place and no card. I felt half sick.Someone knocks on the door so I open it and there is a nice middle aged man , a stranger though I had seen him a lot shopping in Vons too. He held out my vons card." I found this and realized you had lost it but you were too far ahead of me so you did not hear me call ou t to you. So I was glad it had your p;hone number and your address on it, Patsie." I said "oh my gosh thank you so much I thought I had really lost it for sure and wou ld have to go through the process of getting a new one and waiting ages to get it". He smiled and said." we vons shoppers really save when we have this little fellows." He left but I was smiling all day as this from a stranger made me feel there are m ny good people around us.

I think that is so great that are still good people left in this world.It does my heart good to hear when some had done a good deed.
