I really have so many questions moving inside my head. Why do I have to encounter this things and that kind of things that only causes pain inside me. Asking why those people have to hurt the feeling of other people like me. Why me, in all those people in this world ,why me?

It is normal to have social thoughts in our heads. We are naturally a social being so it is hard wired in our brain to think about how others perceive us and how are our relationships with them. It is better to think of social thoughts because you it allows you to be sensitive to the thoughts of others.
However, thoughts of paranoia can be a sign of underlying psychological problem. This may be a real problem if you have these painful ideas without any real evidence in the situation. An example would be meeting a new coworker wherein after the end of the day you make an assumption that he didn't like you. This may stem from your own insecurities and it may help to seek professional help if your thoughts hinder you from having a happy and gainful life.
