Do we get paid to search on mylot?

I was reading other discussions on this website and stumble upon a thread where the girl was asking about a spam website, in the responses one lady had responded that you should use search box before starting any discussions you will be rewarded for that - she said
i wanna ask here do we really said when we search and also where i can get that for what i get paid and for what i am not?
Getting paid on this website is not an easy job but i an learning much more here than just getting said.

I have been far away from Mylot for a long time. When I was here, Mylot didn't pay for searches and pay only for participation and photo submission. But I think, they do now.
If you want to make money here, you had better be in on discussions, leave your comments for development of them and be as informative as possible.

Certainly mylot rewarded for searching. During March'2011, my total earning from mylot was $ 8.09, and the breakup of earning as
For Participation: $ 0.07, Task : $ 7.55 and Rewards for searching : $ 0.37. The amount may not be a huge amount but searching if we use it ur earning will increase.

Yes they certain;y do reqrd you for using their task bar for searching things on mylot and also searching on the web . You get awarded randomly . the highest i got rewarded was $0.12 but be sure too much searching for the sake of rewards may get you a warning.
