Mostly people believes that the only constant thing of this world is "Change".Now, do we believe also that "Climate Change" is Constant? If so, there is no way to alter the present scenario of the significant effect of the latter....

I don't quite understand what you mean... =P
I think our world is 'alive' in a sense, or dynamic. There are changes that happen influenced by things we do (for instance, toxins, chemicals, gases that are released to the environment because of things we do or machines that we use), and there are also changes that happen independent of what we do (example, movement of tectonic plates leading to earthquakes and tsunamis).
In that sense, change is 'constant', because the earth is 'alive'. There may be little we can do about the things we can not control (the latter in what I mentioned above), but in the first, we can make some changes that can help even just a little.

Oh haha.
Uhm... thanks for the best response!
Although personally, having best response among only... well, one response, doesn't really make me feel all that good. Hahaha! =P
Maybe it is because you are new and are excited to choose a best response... Welcome to mylot, by the way! =)
What I generally do is wait for some time to give more people a chance to respond before choosing the best one. (This is also a good idea since some people choose not to answer anymore if best response has already been chosen.) Also, I usually only choose a best response if I get more than two responses.
Again, welcome to mylot! Thank you! And have a nice day! =)
