No, I would have to agree with the doctor on this one. I've played sports all my life and I'm the shortest person in our family.

well even if its not volleyball you can increase height by doing activities.
Generally people above 21 or 22 cannot add height anymore so if your in this age gap then you are out of luck.
Exercise and stretching will really help on increasing your height because with this activities your body will release growth hormones. The one responsible for increasing height.
I don't really know about supplements and such because i haven't used them.

I hate medical. So I think that we should avoid medicine. We can choose good food and training to improve height.

If I have kids, I'll teach them doing exercise and sports. I believe that we can improve height by training when we was young.

Besides the element of heredity, the nutrition and sports can be slso very helpful for the height. If we drink more milk or have more dairy products, it will help our bones to grow better. And doing the sports like playing the basketball will make you grow higher since you have to jump all the time. So I think playing the volleyball works the same.
I love China

I agree with you. We can do the useful things for children in order that they can be high in the future.

I have never heard that. I don't think it is true. I don't believe anything you do will affect your height, one way or the other.

I don't know, maybe because volleyball makes you active and being active does releases some chemicals from your brain and from some glands that includes maybe some hormones or chemicals for growth. After 22 I guess your bones stop growing already, so the best part is try to take vitamins to increase your height like calcium and enough sleep.

After 22 years old, I think I must have a leg bone surgery to increase my height!
