I guess that I did catch cold yesterday. It was cold at night, and I always stay late on the weekend, especially Friday and Saturday night. On Sunday morning, I wasn't feeling well, and there was running nose and constant sneezing at the morning after I got up. I hate it, and I hate it. I didn't feel comfortable all morning, even though I had two pills of those nose de - congestion. Until this morning, I felt a little bit better, maybe I did sleep through it.
Lately, I saw a lot of people had the similar problem at work too. I hope that this allergy season will be soon pass.

It's that time of the year--I love spring because it represents rebirth and a new start, but to me it also represents my worst allergy season! Right now I'm waiting a few more hours to elapse to take my other allergy pills. I'm all stuffed up and congested--ugh!

Me too. My allergies get to acting up on me sometimes too. I hate the itchy and watery eyes along with the runny nose too. Makes my nose sore from wiping it so much.

Hey King,
Same here I deal with seasonal allergies and I hate them as well.
Now is the time to start taking your medicine if you have any I recommend Claritin or Allegra they are both over the counter and only a few dollars.
The only problem is you need to take them for awhile, like a week or so for them to FULLY work properly.
I went to the doctor last week and got some allergy medicine, an anti-histamine.
I suffer from Hay Fever, Allergy to Pollen, So now is the time to start taking them. I get the same things, Constant running nose, sneezing, congested all that stuff it stinks.
Get Some Allegra asap!

Season changes cause allergies, coughs and colds and a lot of people are vulnerable to these.I for one, usually experience these symptoms that is the reason I always have stock antihistamines and nasal sprays in my med cabinet.
